If your question is of technical nature, to help us serve you more quickly, please specify your setup and configuration in detail, with the following information.
- Which camera body?
- Which lens? Please be as specific as possible about the lens model.
- Which Metabones product? (e.g. EF-E Smart Adapter V, EF-MFT Speed Booster ULTRA or something else?)
- Adapter firmware version?
- Was the adapter in Green Power-Save mode or in Advanced Manual Focus mode? Did switching to the other mode work any better?
- For a cinema camera/lens, was the camera/lens configured to auto iris or manual iris?
