Manual Lens EXIF Data Emulation Function

You may store the metadata of one manual focus lens in the non-volatile memory of EF-E CINE eND Smart Adapter, or 2 manual focus lenses for any EF-E CINE Speed Booster or Smart Adapter.

1. Download and run Metabones App.
2. Connect any CINE Speed Booster® or CINE Smart Adapter to computer with micro USB cable (not included).
3. Enter the name of the manual focus lens, its zoom range, and maximum/minimum aperture.
4. Click the 'Set' button.

For EF-E CINE eND Smart Adapter, push the entire control wheel downward to activate. For other EF-E CINE products, press the button on the adapter to activate. The camera will show an aperture value instead of F--.

The Manual Lens EXIF (aka 'chip') Emulation function is cancelled when the lens is changed. Push the button or the control wheel on the CINE Speed Booster® or CINE Smart Adapter again to re-activate it.
